Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund until November 18. After that date, cancelled orders will be given either a full refund in teh form of a store credit, or a refund to your original payment method less a 20% restocking fee. This is because we base our order on how any pre-orders we receive and pay for the goods up front.
